Review of Dragon City-Natalie Ratcliffe
So I'm here reviewing a game on Facebook called Dragon City, Its a fun and calming game for anyone that needs something to do as a hobby or just mindless internment.
Your main goal of the game is to get dragons, the main ways to get them is by using coins in the game to by eggs, or breeding your already dragons with each other, no money is needed in game but there is a currency called gems that you use real life money to get but it is not needed.
Your next step in game is to train up your dragons so they can fight with others online or in game
fighting is easy in this game, you have 4 attacks and have to pick the best one to beat your enemy with. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses in game, its a bit tricky to know them all but just know what your team is good with dealing with.
If competition type of gaming is something that you like this game has guilds and rankings on who is the strongest user. They are really nice to see how far you've come in game to where you are now.
For others there are tasks that you can complete whenever you want and they sometimes give out really good prizes
They are useful if your in a problem and would need gems or gold in game to help you. They were also really fun to complete and would be a nice way to kill time.
All dragons have elements and if your lucky they sometimes have two elements, this can help in fights because the way attacks work is they pick the first element that your Dragon has, if the attack is effective to your second element but not the first then it will count as not really effective. Its nice as a last ditch attempt to win a fight if need be.
I like the games open ended nature and calmness to go at your own pace without worrying that your doing something wrong. It's a nice game to fall back on if your day is boring or you need something to do after school or work. The people in the community are really nice too and will sometimes help if you ask for it.
